Poster submission deadline extended until July 23rd

ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

Conference attendees are invited to submit an abstract by using the MBE 2024 template.

Important note: You must register and pay the appropriate registration fees before submitting your abstract, otherwise, your abstract will not be reviewed.

All submissions are subject to validation by the organizing committee.

Authors will be notified of the decision for oral and poster presentations during August, 2024.    

You will receive an official message with oral and poster guidelines after the submission deadline.

Without exception, late submissions (poster only) will not be accepted after July 23rd.

There will be 2 poster sessions during the conference. Poster Session 1 on Wednesday 25^th and Poster Session 2 on Thursday 26^th.   

POSTER PRESENTATIONS

The poster exhibition will be located in the Mérieux Atrium.

The number of the poster board allocated to your poster will be found in the abstract book, which will be sent to all attendees a few days before the meeting.

The size of poster boards is 90 cm wide x 170 cm high (portrait orientation). Clips will be available on the poster boards.

There will be 2 poster sessions during the conference:

- Session 1 on Tuesday 24th (5:15 pm-06:45 pm) and Wednesday 25^th (01:00 pm-03:00 pm). The posters of this session should be hung upon arrival and taken down on Wednesday 25^th after the last session.

- Session 2 on Thursday 26th (12:30-03:00 pm and 05:00 pm-06:30 pm). The posters of this session should be hung on Wednesday 25^th after the last session or on Thursday 26^th before the first session, and taken down at the end of the meeting. Please note that the posters which are still up at the end of the meeting will be discarded.

ABSTRACTS SELECTED FOR A SHORT TALK

Please bring your presentation, on a USB stick, to the Speakers' Preview room at the venue, and make sure to upload your presentation at least two hours before your session starts. The format of presentations should be 16:9 in Microsoft PowerPoint. The allocated time for presentations is 10 min plus 5 min Q&A. Personal laptops cannot be used for presentations.
